  • Can you frame a painting for me?
    Unfortunately at the moment I do not offer this service.
  • I have bought my painting, will it come ready to hang?
    If you purchase a canvas print, it will arrive ready to hang, so you can enjoy your new artwork right away. If you’ve ordered one of our Giclée prints, it will come beautifully packaged, unframed, and ready for you to choose the perfect frame that matches your style. We believe framing is a lovely way to add a personal touch, and we’re always here if you need guidance or inspiration!
  • What type of art prints do you offer
    I offer two types of prints to bring my artwork to life in the best possible way: Canvas Prints: These come ready to hang, so you can enjoy your artwork immediately without any extra effort. Giclée Prints on Carefully Selected Papers: For my original art, I chose Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper. This premium Giclée paper is known for its smooth, matte finish and exceptional archival quality, ensuring your print stays vibrant without yellowing or fading over time. For my more vibrant digital art prints, I use Hahnemühle Pearl paper, a luxurious fine art paper with a pearlescent finish that beautifully enhances color and detail while maintaining archival standards.
  • Do You Accept Commissions?
    At the moment, I don’t accept commissions for my paintings as my creative process doesn’t lend itself to custom requests. However, for some of my digital art prints, I’d be delighted to work with you to adjust certain pieces to fit a specific color trend or palette you have in mind. Feel free to reach out—I’d be more than happy to chat and explore possibilities together!
  • Do You Make Prints of All of Your Original Paintings?
    No, only certain paintings from each collection are reproduced as a print.
  • Do You Sign All of Your Prints?
    At the moment, I don’t sign my prints as they’re created with the help of a trusted printing partner, and logistically, it’s a bit tricky. However, each print comes with a certificate of authenticity, ensuring it’s a genuine piece from my collection. If you live in Ireland and having your print signed is important to you, please let me know—I’ll do my very best to make it happen!
  • If I Order One of Your Canvas Prints, Does this Mean that it is an Original Painting?
    No, if you order one of my canvas prints, it is a reproduction of an original painting
  • I Would like a Print in a Specific Size, that is not Showing up on Your Site.
    I’m happy to accommodate custom sizing as long as it doesn’t compromise the integrity of the artwork. If you have specific sizing requests, feel free to reach out via email at lisathehappyartist@gmail.com, and I’ll be happy to discuss your needs!
  • Do You Ship Internationally?
    Yes, we certainly do!
  • Customs & Duty Charges?
    Customers may be responsible for any customs or duty charges, depending on their location. For more information, we recommend consulting your government website. Thank you for your understanding!
  • What If I am Buying a Gift?
    If you’re purchasing an art piece as a gift, we are more than happy to include a custom note for a personal touch! You can easily specify this during the checkout process, ensuring your gift is thoughtful and unique.
  • What if my Piece Gets Lost or Damaged?
